Iain McCarten - Soap Dish
Iain McCarten, owner of Atwin, is a potter creating contemporary utilitarian pottery by hand. Working from Helgate studio in Norwich and with a background in cheffing, Iain produces small-batch ceramic pieces that blend minimalist design with everyday function. Influenced by traditional forms and modern aesthetics, each item is crafted with purpose, durability, and simplicity in mind.
These soap dishes were inspired by his travels to Morocco, with the Cobalt Blue specifically from the striking Majorelle blue of the Jacques Majorelle/ Yves Saint Laurent gardens in Marrakesh.
